BFF PASS

We are offering a BFF PASS where you PLUS a friend will come to classes together but for the duration of the pass only one will pay for the pass. Share it with whomever you chose. 

Get you and your Buddy started on your fitness journey where you can also help motivate and inspire each other to attend.

We want to give you the flexibility to drop into a few classes . That's why we've created our new Rider Package, designed with you in mind. 

With this package, you can experience the thrill of our spin classes without breaking the bank.

Spin on your own terms! 

Rent a  quality Louis Garneau  Spin  Bike for your home use. Min 5 month term .  Cancel at any prior to one week from end of term renewal. Subject to a  one time $95 setup fee which includes ground floor delivery within a 5km radius of studio  and ground floor pickup.
